What is a Pop-by Gift?

If you are a follower of Brian Buffini you surely know what a pop-by is. Pop-bys are simply a small gift given to clients face-to-face.   They are intended to deepen your relationship and provide an oppurtunity to connect.  Most people add a catchy “tagline” with the gift to make it fun, memorable, and ultimately to promote their business.

Pop-bys radically deepen the relationships I have with my clients and the referrals I receive.  They have become my favorite part of my business.  As Brian Buffini wrote on the subject of pop-bys, “The true value of a Pop-by is the demonstration of care by the investment of your time.”

This is a great example of serving. Thank you so much. I’m recommitting to getting my pop-by gifts in hand and in my car to take advantage of the idea and little slots of time to get in visits with my clients and sphere of influence.

    Thank you, Aggie
